Color Matching Tips and Tricks for Cast Polyurethane

Home  |  Video learning  |  Pigments

Scott takes us through his process of dialing in pigment colors to produce color matches. There’s a lot more to it than randomly mixing different colors together and Scott discusses many of the topics you need to consider when trying to produce a color match.

BJB’s pigments are great for a variety of our products including rigid polyurethanes (PU), flex PU, Foams (PU), epoxies, and of course clear polyurethanes.

Our pigments are highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way. We recommend that you try to stay below a 2% pigment loading of the total weight of the A & B components. Want to test them out before purchasing a larger quantity? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Our Pigment Color Packs have a variety of (6) different 1oz bottles of Pigment. Perfect for testing!

Questions? Our technical department would be happy to help you. Email us at info@bjbenterprises.com for more info!
