Casting Jet Handle with TC-803 Jet Black | High Performance Urethane

In this video, we show casting a joystick handle using a technique called a “jeweler’s cut” where a solid silicone block is cast around the pattern and then cut into 2 pieces with a hobby knife. We then cast BJB’s popular TC-803 Jet Black to produce a high quality part. Other techniques like vacuum degassing and pressure casting are shown in this video.
