Shop Talk – Casting a Flex Foam Head with Rob Burman

Home  |  Video learning  |  Foams

**Sorry for the Audio, had some issues with the background noise from a rain storm on a metal roof**

In this video, Rob casts a flex foam head using BJB’s TC-266 foam. TC-266 is a lightweight, 3 pound (48KG/M3) 2-part expanding polyurethane foam that exhibits a soft, squishy feel while picking up tremendous mold detail. Because of it’s reliable, easy to use formulation, TC-266 has been a long-time favorite material for movie props, prototype parts, custom upholstery applications, and much more.
